The Company does not provide medical services. Users enter into agreements directly with Service Providers for any medical care or related services.
Website Usage
Getreatment offers support services related to medical travel organization, including assistance with visa applications, flight bookings, transfers, accommodation, city tours, translation services, and 24/7 patient support. The Company does not mediate disputes between Users and Service Providers, and Users are solely responsible for their interactions, agreements, and outcomes with Service Providers.
The Website is intended for use by individuals or corporate entities. Users are prohibited from distributing, modifying, selling, or transmitting any content from the Website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

Packages Mentioned on the Website
The Company may facilitate the presentation of treatment or service packages created between Users and Healthcare Providers. Such packages are published on the Website with the consent of the relevant Healthcare Providers. Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from these packages. All medical decisions and procedures remain solely at the discretion and responsibility of the Healthcare Provider.
Intellectual Property Rights
