To secure your treatment journey, the confirmation process is designed to be as straightforward as possible. Most clinics require some form of verification to reserve their specialists' time for you.

There are two ways to confirm your appointment:

1. Submit Passport and Flight Details

• Share copies of your passport and flight tickets with your Getreatment coordinator
• No deposit required at this stage
• This confirms your consultation or procedure booking

2. Make a Deposit

Depending on the clinic's policies, a deposit may be required to secure your booking:

• Getreatment Deposit: Pay €500 to Getreatment, which will be deducted from your final bill at the clinic.
• Clinic-Specific Deposit: Some clinics require a deposit of 5% to 50% of the total treatment cost.

Payments for medical services are conducted directly between the patient and the medical provider. Getreatment does not process these payments directly.

We ensure a transparent and secure payment process. Here are the payment methods available:

• Credit Card/Bank Card/Transfer: Visa, MasterCard, and bank cards are accepted. Bank transfers are also available for secure payments.
• Cash: Accepted currencies include Pound (GBP), US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), and Turkish Lira (TRY). Cash payments are welcome.
• Combination: You can use a mix of credit card, bank card, transfer, and cash if needed.
